Property Management
We take a lot of pride in the lands that we hunt. Whether it's land we own or lease, we treat it all the same. One of our biggest keys to success is keeping a low pressured hunting environment. Here at B Three, we hunt land that spans over 3 different counties! This area is rich in corn and soybean agriculture which is beneficial from early to late season. We plant and maintain all of our own food plots; it is a year-round process, from spreading lime in the spring to fertilizing and keeping them mowed in the summer months followed with planting fall plots late summer. We selectively cut timber on our home farms which enables new growth, woody brows and optimizes future bedding. We have areas we designate as "sanctuaries" and only enter them in the winter months to scout and shed hunt. We run trail cameras most of the year over trails, food plots and established mineral sites and scrapes. We are constantly looking to get an edge on mature whitetails! We are always improving by adding stands and tweaking existing stands as needed, based on the knowledge we receive from cameras and listening to the hunters as they tell us about their hunts. Every archery stand is tailored to a hunter's safety and equipped with a lifeline to clip their safety harness before they begin their climb. Besides a great stand of white and red oak acorn producing trees, we have also planted a variety of apple, pear and nut trees that are deer magnets. We are constantly learning new information and looking to better our land management practices and that is something that is evident from the moment clients arrive; we won't be out-worked!
